Max. size:  20 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range - 900 m
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: occurring mostly close to the continental shelf between 13°N and 11°S.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Mesopelagic (Ref. 27000). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018.
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 20 May 2013 Ref. (130435)
