Max. size:  7.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Southeast Atlantic and Western Indian Ocean: known only from Pondoland, South Africa.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-11; Anal spines: 1-1; Anal soft rays: 11-11. Brown in color, anterior part of body with small blue ocelli; small blue spots above midline; large ocellus at anterior part of 1st dorsal fin (Ref. 2798).
