Max. size:  7.35 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: known only from the islands of GorĂ©e and N'Gor (Senegal).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in shallow coastal waters with rocky substrate (Ref. 7404), both during the spawning season and outside of it; it is less cryptic than Malacoctenus carrowi (Ref. 98055).
