Environment:  demersal; freshwater; pH range: 7 - 8; dH range: 9 - 19, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: Haiti.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs usually in large schools over a variety of bottom types. Young hide in vegetation.
