Family:  Rivulidae (Rivulines), subfamily: Rivulinae
Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  South America: Orinoco River basin in Venezuela.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Not a seasonal killifish. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
