Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range - 0 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea (Ref. 12541) and Somalia (Ref. 30573).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Common around reefs (Ref. 30573). Max length was from photo contributed by Valeriy Konstantinovitch Biryukov, taken at Hurghada , Egypt.
