Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 168 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: known only from one of the submarine mountains (Shoal Guyot) in the southernmost portion of the Nazca ridge.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 16-17; Anal soft rays: 10-11; Vertebrae: 41-43. Pyloric caeca absent (Ref. 7434).
Biology:
