Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 3 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Kuril Islands.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 110-110; Anal soft rays: 89-89; Vertebrae: 107-112. Caudal region of body covered with barely perceptible scales. Interorbital pore present. Caudal principal rays 5 + 4 (Ref. 33657).
Biology:  Inhabits intertidal and shallow subtidal zones (Ref. 11954).
