Max. size:  6.09 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: Myanmar
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-11; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 8-8; Vertebrae: 24-26. A small species of Garra with smoothly rounded snout tip, rostral lobe present, proboscis absent, predorsal region, chest and abdomen scaled, two pairs of barbels, lateral line scales 31, circumpeduncular scales 16.
Biology:  This fish could be an aquarium fish (Fang, 2004, pers. Comm.).
