Distribution:  Asia: Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bangladesh (Ref. 41236), Afghanistan (Ref. 41034), Sri Lanka (Ref. 6028) and Myanmar (Ref. 43640).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults occur in ponds, weedy ditches (Ref. 4832) and irrigation canals (Ref. 41236).
