Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Kyushu-Palau Ridge.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-3; Dorsal soft rays (total): 14-14; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 13-13. Remarks: rose-pink, with 3 transverse, broad, wine-red bands, and many longitudinal, vermicular yellow marks dorsally; creamy-white ventrally.
