Max. size:  8.56 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  South America: upper Magdalena River, Colombia.
Diagnosis:  Elongated round body in its anterior end; a pterotic that forms a spiny downward projecting process lacking supraneurals (Ref. 49955).
Biology:
