A small species, with a slightly more slender morphology in the Aphyosemion subgenus and with a unique color pattern on male posterior sides of oblique red lines, sometimes fusing to form chevrons ('<<', as seen starting from head) and with red blotches near the base of the anal fin (Ref. 83477). |
