Remarks Schools in large numbers in shallow sandy areas of bays and estuaries (Ref. 188). Occurs at a temperature range of 26.0-29.0 °C (Ref. 4959). Information given for this species in Ref. 4959 probably refers to another species (probably a misidentification).
