Etymology: Apistogramma:Greek, apisto = uncertain + Greek, gramma = graphic signal (Ref. 45335); eleutheria:'eleutheria'(Greek), i.e., means freedom. Refers to the name of the river. Treze de Maio is the date, 13 May 1888, when Princess Isable signed the law to officially end slavery in Brazil. A noun in apposition (Ref. 129298).
